The Utahraptor (pronounced UTAH-rap-tor) is famous for being one of the biggest Dromeosaurids (pronounced DROME-ee-O-SOAR-ids) of all. Like most Dromeosaurids Utahraptor had a sickle-like, toe claw that was 6 inches tall and 9.5 inches long.
It also had many feathers and traveled in packs.
When hunting, Utahraptors would jump on the back of their prey. Then, latch on with their toe claw and bite and scratch their prey until they got to tired and gave up, then dinner was served. Utahraptor also had an amazing sense of smell and amazing eyesight.
